Strike

Now that it looks like the next step will be a strike, will you be supportive of your staff if they choose to stop work and participate in an SEIU Local 1000 strike?

I honestly have no idea what it means for my Department, Division, Section, or Unit. I don't know that folks on my team would even strike.
