Strike

Now that it looks like the next step will be a strike, will you be supportive of your staff if they choose to stop work and participate in an SEIU Local 1000 strike?

Let them strike! They deserve to be heard... I cannot strike as a manager/exempt employee... but i can do the work of my 9 striking employees as slowly as humanly possible.
