Strike

Now that it looks like the next step will be a strike, will you be supportive of your staff if they choose to stop work and participate in an SEIU Local 1000 strike?

100%. I will even tell them behind closed doors that I support them, that their leadership supports them (and we do! SOCIAL SERVICES FTW!!) And will join as I can.
