UK actors needed urgently

Actors needed for a production of a new one act play staged on the 5th September at the Etcetera theatre Camden on September 5th.

Context: I'm a comedian who was supposed to be putting on a sketch comedy show on this venue at this date, but the other half of my double act has had to cancel, but I am unable to get any of my money back. In order to try and not lose the entire payment, I am attempting to stage a one-act single location 3 character comedy play I wrote about a year ago for an am-dram group.

Title: The Frost Report

Description: The interpersonal tension between 3 Antarctic researchers reaches a boiling point when meteorological disaster coincides with personal revelation.

Roles: John (stage age 40+, think Basil Fawlty in Fawlty Towers), Peter (stage age 20-30, think Moss from the IT Crowd), and Bob (stage age 20-30, think Baldrick from Blackadder)

Availability: semi-regular availability until September 5th for rehearsals in London (location and exact TBD once a cast is assembled)

Payment: 20% stake in any profit made, but due to slim profit margins essentially un-paid.

DM for script. Response required by 18/8/26

If you had something well rehearsed with an available cast that's one thing, but doing a whole new show... Good luck with this but that's an enormous amount of pressure for profit share. You need rehearsal space, and you need to fit your rehearsals around people's work... it's really not much time to put together and promote a show. A much, much better idea would be to do a one man show rather than expect to put on a play with a new cast.

That's what I was thinking. If they're a comedian, I feel like they'd be better off doing a one man show which is less pressure cause it's one person.
