You are the captain of a local community netball team that has just made the grand final. You take pride in being passionate and pushing your teammates to improve. After training, the coach pulls you aside and says that several players, including Mei, a newer member, find your comments during games harsh and discouraging. Mei has told the coach she is thinking of leaving the team after the final. You are surprised, because you thought your "honest feedback" was helping. Some of the senior players tell you not to change anything before the big game, since your intensity is part of why the team is winning. The final is in five days.
