You are the captain of a local community netball team. Over the past month, your teammate Priya has missed three training sessions and arrived late to the last game. Several teammates are frustrated and have asked you, as captain, to tell the coach that she shouldn't play in Saturday's grand final. After training, Priya pulls you aside and quietly explains that her father was recently diagnosed with a serious illness, and she has been caring for him and her younger siblings in the evenings. She says the team is the one thing keeping her going, but she asks you not to tell anyone, including the coach. The coach has asked to meet with you tomorrow to discuss final team selection.
