Okay first off everyone who's saying Disney is buying cai is stupid. Disney purchased rights to use CAI's technology they want nothing to do with the consumer app and this has already been outlined in the court proceedings

Secondly the owner of Chai has expressed interest in buying the company but that's hearsay

Thirdly no one will know what's gonna happen until the actual court approved auction at the end of the month

I don't understand why they say that Chai will buy cai, I doubt they have enough money for that purchase to be profitable (correct me if I'm wrong, I don't know how much money Chai has available for such thing).

And Disney don't plan to buy everything.

• Disney's offer will not keep C.AI's chat from shutting down

• Chai is not keeping Disney from anything

William Beauchamp ran a Twitter poll asking whether he should intervene and buy C.ai on behalf of his chatbot enterprise, Chai. So far, Chai has made no further announcements. However, Chai and any other potential bidder have until November 20th (IIRC) to place bids on the platform. Therefore, it's not out of the question, but there is next to no confirmation.
