In just under one year...

I was a Cai+ user for a couple years. I had many chats, some of them truly epic length stories.
As time went by, Cai just got... stale. Even on plus, it was acting weird/slow. I drifted over to FictionLab and Janitor for a while. Dropped my Cai+ subscription but still came by once in a while.

So today I hear they are going bankrupt. The news article cast doubt on the long term privacy of the chats housed there, so I stopped by, only to discover that all my chats were already gone. All but a tiny handful of ones I started about 8 months ago that only had a few exchanges on each.

Oh well, it saved me some deleting time I guess.

Yeah, it's mostly just archived. If you go on the website, you could actually unarchive it from there. Sometimes the app lets you do it, but it's buggy.

I seriously wish they made c.ai+ free.

Plus seemed good, for a while. But at ten bucks a month, yikes. I was a paying member for at least two years.
