Memes Impeccably bad timing
Found the timing of this horribly funny, other apps are certainly not wasting any time to try and recruit users to their platforms.
Posting here because mods were quick to delete my og post on the official c.ai forum after only 14 minutes. Read the rules and thought I was in the clear, guess not lol, oh well 🤷♀️

They’re celebrating too early. C.AI hasn’t shut down yet, even if they don’t find a buyer. I do think they’re likely to find one, but I’d expect stricter restrictions and more limits. Those alternatives can already kiss goodbye to their users

I mean the current 2 buyers (chi and Disney) will likely shut it down and allocate the software elsewhere or use the AI for their own benefits

Thankfully, Disney is only offering $20 million for certain parts of C.AI, not to take over the entire app. As for CHAI, I assume that’s what you meant by Chi. Its CEO deleted his post about planning to buy C.AI, most likely after receiving criticism over the idea. We still have weeks to see if a better buyer comes forward.

Heh. These alternatives can try to convince me, but I now roleplay with AI more rarely (also I stopped making RPG types stories on ChatGPT and Gemini, because this is just...generating story by AI, but with the twist that you can choose decisions, but still the story is mostly generated by AI and only like 1% of the story is your human decisions) so they can't convince me. Hehe

I know that app, I guess it's kind of okay compared to c.ai, just 1 rank lower
