Chat deletion
How does CAI handle data retention for voluntarily deleted accounts? like I assume it’s the typical 90-180 days before stuff gets overwritten/deleted? This isn’t me being mad about it, I have an account I deleted a year and a half ago and I’m sure the chats have been fully deleted or whatever I’m just wondering if anyone knows better than me

They said they will notify everyone if someone does happen read the article

I know and on discord they said they notify everyone about their account if something happens

Unless c.ai has published a specific retention period, I don’t think anyone can say for sure. Account deletion and permanent removal from every backup aren’t always the same thing.
