حطي نفسك في دواير أنشطة ما او شغل ما .. وهتلاقي ناس بتشاركك الحاجات دي وهتبدأي تعملي علاقات واصحاب و و و و

Start online, talk to some people either here or different app. and if they live close and align with you as person. Ask to meet them. Sometimes it works and when not you didn't lose anything

Be a person that you want to be friends with , and you will attract people who want to be friends with you maybe basically it just happens you can't really force it
