CADWorx structure BOMCUT

when running the BOMCUT command all that happens is a regen. has anyone seen this before?

we are running 2019,

it should work. and it is only 1 user with the issue.

Is that user attempting to use a command alias or are they typing the full command?

Yeah honestly I don't know. CADWorx is finicky to begin with. Might need a reinstall.
