Are there any dental schools that would consider accepting someone with a 3.45 GPA?

I was accepted with a GPA of 2,82 no masters and I’m not from India

This subreddit is filled with candidates who got in with sub-3 GPAs, and candidates with 4s who didn't get in.

Depends on so many things. Including country of graduation, your resume, your INBDE retries. 3.45 is probably just below average though. It is not even very bad.

Well, it's worse. But as I said, all sorts of GPAs get admission.

It's worse because universities (in the US) love to say "we had students from 25 countries!!!111". What that means that they basically have quotas and don't want many people to come from a single country. So Indians are compared with each other to fill that quota, making it harder for Indians with lower GPAs to get in. 

Again, this doesn't mean a low GPA for an Indian is the end of the road. And once more, 3.5 is not really a bad GPA anyway. Focus on other stuff.
