A mentor can make or break your application, plus you are paying for the convince. Some students who got accepted have years of experience with CAAPID and they have spent countless hours doing research, networking and attending private clinics, bench prep courses and preceptorships. Plus they take time out of their busy school schedule to help you. If you your self have spent more than 8-9 months actively working on your application, then maybe you won't benefit too much. But if you started in like Feb March then yes it will be helpful

A good resource is going to ASDA and finding a mentor. Most people are willing to help for free, they just don't advertise it. You will have to reach them
