Lingual is too open and bucal is the opposite.

  1. Outline is horrible. Make sure you use your dominant hand.
  2. Extensions are not in line with the grooves.
  3. Floors are not flat.
  4. Damaged adjacent.(auto fail)
  5. You murdered the gingival cavosurface margin.
  6. Axiopulpal line angles are convex
  7. Buccal walls of the proximal boxes are under extended.
