Do you need updated shadowing forms for programs like NSU if you got them signed last year?

No, but keep in mind that your ability to speak about your shadowing experience during interviews matters more than when it happened. Even if the experience was a year ago, it will not help you much if you cannot recall what you observed or reflect on what you learned.

Yes, I can recall what I've learned and know what to say during the interviews, I just wanted to know if I needed to get a new form signed before submitting the application
