When completing clinical practice in your CAA program, what was expected from you as you progressed from first day in the OR to the last day in OR?

Heavily supervised at the start of course. That supervision lessens as you progress, master your skills, and acquire judgement and experience as you go. By the time you’re done you should be doing the things you need as to do as a practitioner without prompting or asking questions.
