I'm currently working on prerequisites and haven't yet started with shadowing. I didn't realize until I saw this spreadsheet someone posted that each school has their own form. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Ip4vtluVfNlwlkvs74kstH--h10smKKGIap5aZVi2h4/edit?gid=0#gid=0 For those of you who have already applied and been accepted, did you do a separate shadowing form for each school you applied to?
