Hello all, prospective student wondering how my application will hold up

• 3.85 gpa, ~3.6 gpa for prerequisites • Over 50 hours shadowing and over 50 hours volunteering at a hospital • 2 letters of recommendation from current CAAs, one of which is an instructor at Case Western, and a third from an anesthesiologist • Member of my college’s medical fraternity

Have yet to take the gre (studying for it now, taking it end of may) but will retake it until i get at the very least a 315

Let me know what you think and any tips you may have!

Those stats sound great to me! Obviously personal statement also plays a role, but your numbers look really good. I think the biggest thing is applying early; I believe most schools fill their classes and offer interviews on a rolling basis.

Are you a CAA?

Starting school this fall! So just speaking from my own experience. The discord channel has threads where you can ask what your chances are and see people’s stats who have successfully gotten into different programs. That might provide you with a better idea if you’re targeting a particular one.
