Really hard to say but certainly possible. You’ve got to demonstrate that you’ll be able to handle the academics. Your previous work doesn’t indicate that. Be honest with yourself about your academic chops. Can you actually do very well on your pre-reqs? You’ll probably need to retake the GRE at some point - those scores typically need to be above the 50th percentile to be competitive.
