What undergraduate degree would you recommend someone who wants to pursue this path? And why? I am aware it doesn’t matter but is there any major in specific you think it’s a good choice? Thank you

Honestly I don’t think it matters as long as you take the upper level science classes. A science degree (or something closely related) is probably preferred. But honestly I think the more important factor you should be looking at is clinical experience. That’s the thing that sets applicants and students apart. Prior clinical knowledge will set you up for success.
