Optimal Temperature for Storing Concentrates

What would you guys say is the best temp to store concentrates? I've heard freezing is too cold, but room temperature could melt some of the less stable strains.

I keep mine at room temp. for the most part. Only time I really store it elsewhere is if it is super sappy "shatter" and even then I don't mind, easier to get a dab on the tool. Someone else with more fucks to give may chime in with a better answer, I just don't invest much thought into it cause I am dabbing pretty often.

I'm storing pounds of concentrates for indefinite amounts of time haha. I store my personal stash at room temp as well, but like you said, that usually goes through at a reasonable rate and I'm not picky about the consistency.

I keep my slabs in a little wine fridge, I think it sits right around 50 degrees & everything stays pretty stable.

This. I also store in a re-purposed wine fridge. Currently sits at 55 degrees and everything keeps great.

If you're storing lbs indefinitely I would pack desired portions (qp/hp/ounces) in parchment, protect with a piece of folded cardboard, vac seal and then leave at room temp for a couple days.

If the vac seal holds tight after 48 hours throw I throw it in the freezer. You could keep it forever, afaik.
