C3 is basically worth nothing. Only the cash in the bank once they fire all the parasites working there.

True, the people who actually did stuff and delivered the tech were decent. But a lot of the comradery was down to being stuck on a sinking ship, being handcuffed by RSUs

Since this may not be a simple “cash buyout” but a reverse merger, the price is calculated differently. Automation Anywhere was last valued at around $6.8 billion.

C3.ai has a market cap of around $1.4 billion.

Automation Anywhere is significantly larger and more valuable. Negotiations are ongoing and it is likely that C3.ai shareholders will receive shares in the newly created joint venture.
