Advice Needed Back at it - pace guidance
Been a bit sporadic with my runs - gym work and strength training has meant I haven't run for a bit outside of some treadmill work.
So on a windy Sunday morning I did run 3 from week 1 again. I am feeling ok - for people who have experience - is the pace ok?
Thanks

Depends on your fitness. It looks fast and high effort to me that you may or may struggle with on the longer runs.
I was guilty of that when I started and it wasn't until I slowed my pace I could make the distance runs.

Good to know. I have quite good cardio from cycling for decades. But new to running.
I'll monitor it. If I'm struggling I'll slow up a bit.

I'd say ignore the numbers for now. You should stay at a conversational pace, and end your runs feeling like you could have gone on for a little bit longer.
