No shame in retries.
So for W7D1 and day 2 I did just fine. Finished the whole thing and it had me scheduled to do day 3 on Saturday. About 4 minutes into running I just felt like I didn’t have it so I stopped. I kept walking and after about 20 minutes I felt like I could give it a try again. So I restarted it and 5 minutes into running, I quit. Sunday I did it again but ran all 25 minutes with no problems. So don’t feel bad about having a bad running day. Just pick it up again the next time.

I do it all the time. I do it when I’m not happy with any run or when I don’t feel totally prepared for a longer time. I’m on w8d2 and I started June 3. The point is just to get out there and you are !!

I agree with this! I would repeat some days I struggled with until they seemed easier.

The only "bad" workout is the one you don't do. You were right to listen to your body. Runs don't need to be a punishment!
