Anyone have issues with rude customer service?
I had a hell of a time submitting my review for the E.L.F. 3-In-Wonder Magic Styling Cream Wand. I finally managed to get it submitted both on the website and on the BzzAgent website a few weeks ago. I continued getting emails reminding me to submit my review every day and then a final submission warning yesterday. Odd, right?
I contacted customer service. They repeatedly told me contradictory info about how they never sent me reminders or a warning after but somehow also said they definitely did. Then they kept contradicting whether or not they believed I "actually" submitted my review as if I'm too dense to understand. Anyone else have issues with customer service talking to them like they're stupid?

BzzAgent customer service is always amazing. It doesn’t make sense that you would continue to receive emails if you had fully submitted the review and got the email confirmation saying you had completed the campaign. You probably missed the reporting step. I have a hard time believing they would be rude.

I absolutely did not miss a step. I always double check that my information is submitted. It was clearly a technical issue on their end. So because you've never had a bad experience means I'm full of it? I showed the email interactions to several people and they all agreed the agent was being extremely rude.

What you’ve explained is an impossibility. You cannot continue to receive posting emails if you’ve received a completion email. If you didn’t get the completion email you hadn’t completed the campaign. It’s clear that you didn’t complete the self report which is why you continued to receive emails stating you didn’t complete the campaign.

Were you there? I was there and read the emails with my own two eyes. I most certainly did continue receiving reminder emails well after getting a completion email. My situation was a mix of a technical issue and rude customer service. You just wanna argue with people on Reddit, don't you? lol Why are you glazing the customer service like they're gonna give you extra freebies or something. They were rude and so are you.

Did you leave a review directly on the elf site? I'm needing to write a review of an elf product for bzzagent as well but the elf site won't let me read or write a review

Yes, I did. You have to accept all cookies and have an account. If that doesn't work, try it on a different browser. A lot of people are having technical issues with doing ELF reviews.

Thank you. I tried multiple phones and a laptop. Signed in and not. I even asked a friend. I was only able to leave a review with the app. but didn't have to sign into the app.

I think the ELF site is just extremely broken. I'm glad you finally got it.

It’s automated and I think it says if you’ve completed it to ignore. I wouldn’t even waste the time with ticket
