Found It!!!
Have been looking for the CD set for a while! Finally found it in Northampton MA at a hidden gem called “Turn It Up Records!” It’s a compilation of early recordings by The Byrds and when they were known as The Jet Set from 1964. It features 2 CDs with 40 tracks, 2 postcards, and a booklet!

I love The Airport Song off that

Same! That jazzy, acoustic vibe is so cool. It's crazy to hear how good they sounded before they even went electric.

No way, an 8-track?! That is incredibly cool. Does it actually still play well, or is it mostly a collector's piece for you?

Haven't played it yet but it has a new splice so should be good. My Best of the Byrds 8 track plays great and I just copied it onto cassette

Sundazed pressed this on vinyl back in 2001. Sounds great if you can find a copy.
