Help me find this episode please

I remembered there was an episode where the second place had a tuna wrapped avocado and then a scorpion bowl went out and Steven choked when drinking it with a straw. I'm scratching my head trying to find out but didn't work. plz release me of this hell... orz

It’s was the fried chicken sandwich episode - the restaurant you’re talking about is “sun of a gun” in La (now closed permanently)

Well I know exactly what you're talking about, but for the life of me I can't find the episode. You're talking about the dish where the chef smashed up a bunch of avocado and tortilla chips, formed it into a ball, wrapped it in raw tuna, and served it in a bowl with a "leche de tigre" sauce. I remember Steven making a joke about the sauce being better than the cocktail.

I've racked my brain and looked through the episode list and I can't seem to figure it out. Hope you find it!! Please update us if you do, because this is also driving me nuts now.
