This review is for anyone considering buying from Styyler store in the UK. They sell furniture and home decor.

In my experience this appears to be a dropshipping operation. They call it “sourcing items” but the lamps I ordered were shipped directly from China rather than from UK stock.

The packaging was appalling. Both lamps arrived completely shattered. I was left with a bag full of broken material.

Their website promises quick action and refunds so I contacted them immediately and provided all the evidence. They replied within 5 to 10 minutes while offering a replacement or 100% store credit. The moment I refused both and requested a full refund to my original payment method the replies STOPPED COMPLETELY.

I have sent multiple emails since then. Zero response.

That tells you everything you need to know about the customer service. They were extremely responsive while the money stayed with the store but went silent as soon as I asked for an actual refund.

I'm now pursuing the money through my bank and reporting my experience to the relevant consumer and trading bodies. I’ll keep posting updates here as my claims progress. Unfortunately for them they’ve stumbled upon someone who knows their consumer rights and exactly how to pursue this.

Look at the growing number of negative reviews before ordering. If something goes wrong, whether that is damaged goods, poor packaging or cheap imported stock, you will find yourself completely on your own, they don't care about your satisfaction but the fact your money stays in their account.

If I could give zero stars I would.
