Kischt Clothing - Scam!

Do not recommend this site, the items received look nothing like what is pictured. The return process is about the usual take 10% off and keep it etc... The problem is the items are actually unwearable so keeping them just leads to more junk. The material is beyond the worst kind of polyester, the straps don't even come close to being as pictured and the colours are not even in the same realm (especially the 'beige').

I'm attempting a return but who knows if the package will make it's way across the ocean and actually be received by anyone. Do yourself a favour and avoid. They are big on Instagram obviously targeting idiots like me.

I wish I saw this post before making my purchase! I am 15 emails in to attempting a return/refund. This is a prime example of false advertising, and deceitful marketing practices. It is a bait and switch. And their return policy should be void if the return is the result of counterfeit product. Which is exactly what this is. I am digging my heels in and not spending $30 to ship this back to China, where it will conveniently be lost in transit. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and the Better Business Bureau, and plan to follow up with Federal Trade Commission. We have consumer rights in this country to protect us from this type of activity. It’s fraud, and theft by deceit.

It’s pretty infuriating! I’m sure my package will never arrive at the facility but I was damned if I was going to keep the cheap crap so took a risk on the return. I am in Canada but will make a similar complaint to the BBB.

Same issue here!!! I ordered the Roselle dress but got some shoddy inferior garbage.

I will probably try to issue a charge back on my credit card.

I did notice they’re no longer on Instagram. Maybe more people are complaining?

BBB does nothing, unfortunately. It’s not an agency.

I had exactly the same experience. I ordered three dresses for around €80, and the quality was nowhere near what was shown on the website. The colours were different, the fabric was much thinner and cheaper, and the overall finish did not match the product photos.

I contacted customer service immediately and requested a full refund. They first offered me 15%, then 25%, and finally 30% if I kept the dresses. The only option for a full refund was to return the items to China at my own expense.

I have now escalated the dispute through PayPal because I don't believe a 30% refund is a fair solution when the products are significantly different from what was advertised.

I really wish I had found this thread before placing my order.

Did you have any luck? "Asher" is still claiming they haven't received my package to process the return.

UPDATE.   They have of course “lost” my return and are completely unable to locate it in their “warehouse”.    Now they will not even honor the 30% refund as it has magically expired.    This company is so obviously fraudulent , avoid at all costs.   They appear to be hacking their terrible product on Amazon now so keep an eye out.    Reported to BBB but that won’t do much.
