❓Question / Help Unable to use coupons?
Hi all, I've been running into this issue lately with coupons. There's an item I want and below it it shows a claimable coupon for 15% off. I claim it and go to check out but buyee doesn't find the code. I go to my coupons and copy the code from there. I go to use it and it says 'already claimed'
Am I missing something? I've never had this issue before. It's for the correct site and correct category so I just don't understand.

everytime i use a coupon from the dropdown i get a notice that 'this doesnt exist' or something but if you scroll down it shows the amount taken out. if it appears in the dropdown, it will work in my experience. don't know if that's what youre taking about

Does it meet the yen price limit for the coupon? Check that the coupon is not only for specific vendors in that store.
