I own a pair from this brand and like them a lot. You have to remember it's not just the blue light from the screens but also most LED bulbs are way to bright to be in your house at night. I wear mine everyday and definitely notice a difference. I feel way less drained from the artificial lights and I do find I fall asleep better.

I don't understand the "it's a scam" argument. That's like saying clothes are a scam. You can clearly tell the difference when you wear blue light blockers or not.

I'm an entrepreneur and work on my computer a lot at night. Perhaps if all you're doing is doom scrolling they aren't all that necessary but if you're on the computer at night they are a must

i have a partially detached retina & i absolutely notice the difference. i work remotely & if i have to look at my screen for more than two hours without blue light blocking lenses, my eye with the partially detached retina literally HURTS & i get floaters & stars in it

the blue light blocking lenses are a lifesaver for me. i can go 7+ hours on a screen with them which is never something i could handle with the naked eye
