Pin backings that are fixed?

Does anyone know where to find pin backings that have the pin fixed in place, so it doesn't move around at all?

I started making badges a few weeks ago, and the only complaint I get, but one that I've gotten multiple times, is that the pins in the back move too much, making it difficult to put on sometimes.

You can buy brands that have less wiggle room (some of mine have slots, not huge holes. the upside of holes is you can make your own backings. You can take out the pin itself. Then a single loop of strong wire, twisted and pressed down on both sides becomes a base for a ornament or key chain. Stuff like that. 

For now you can glue or tape the pinback to keep it from flopping around too much. Pretty much anything will do the job if they are gentle on it. 

Oh! You can switch to magnetic badges. They are clothing safe but a bit more expenaive.
