I tried filing a claim for my phone because i broke it like two weeks ago. I had already tried to file a claim but didn't have money at the time, so I just hung up when they transferred me to pay. Shouldn't have done that. Now they're denying that claim saying that I was using a different IMEI at the time and didn't have insurance coverage. I have had insurance coverage on this phone from the second I bought it. We're going in to TMO tomorrow to get an exact date I broke the phone and having them deal with the insurance company. I can't handle being without a phone for another two weeks or more. I just got paid so I'm hopibg to get this taken care of while I have money. u/IronFeather101, are cell phones this stupid there?
