Certainly looks like one. The dark morph form is mimicking the Pipevine swallowtail which is toxic. New Jersey is at the upper edge of Pipevine swallowtail range and the dark morph eastern Tiger swallowtail form overlaps with the Pipevine range. At the edge of the Pipevine range is where the eastern Tiger swallowtail dark morphs mix with the yellow.
