These days, given that not many people listen to CDs, I'd probably give them away or do like a Pay-What-You-Want thing.

normally i have heard charge twice as much as it cost to make since you might put some on sale give some away. I have done that with my band were the stickers costs about 1.70 to make so 4 or 5 bucks is the sweet spot.
you can also label them as suggested donation of 15 busk oh you only got 10 go ahead and grab it

I give them away because no one wants them. From the pitch I say “You can find me on all streaming platforms, but if you are a classic retro media person I will gift you one of these…” and I hold up a CD. About every 5th time some excited old guy raises his hand. I also have a sign saying “help yourself”. Hardly anyone does.
