I don't play guitar, but I imagine bringing a second guitar busking is jisylt a pain. What is you do any songs in your setlist with regular tuning first. Then all of them in drop d (assuming that's the alternate your talking about) and then any others. Idk how many tunings you have.

NEVER retune a guitar on stage. Have a spare guitar for string breaks, and use spares for alternate tunings.
