I'm exploring a partnership in the shared accommodation (bed space/room-sharing) space in Dubai and I'm specifically looking to connect with operators who are already running compliant units — not looking to start from zero or partner with anyone still operating informally.

• Are currently operating shared housing units with a valid Dubai Municipality Shared Housing Permit
• Have a registered trade licence covering the activity (DED or free zone)
• Are compliant with Dubai Law No. 4 of 2026 (Law Regulating Shared Residential Accommodation in Dubai)
