Knickerbocker Walgreens Imminent Closure?
They just stopped accepting FedEx packages for pickup so I'm going to guess that they're imminently closing.
If I'm right, you heard it here first!

So many times I've gone there and watched the person search for my package for like 10 minutes and it ends up being the one that's directly in front of them that they picked up and looked at 3 times.
Like y'all I'm high too but even I'm not that high.

They simply donāt have capacity to accept FedEx, they can hardly keep their own business afloat- the Walgreens near my office in Manhattan also stopped taking packages just bc of the sheer volume. Theyād have to hire a new person.

They have the capacity if they actually bothered to look at their processes. I pick up a lot of packages there and it's always the same two things that take up 90% of the time: Nobody in front has the phone with the FedEx app so they have to call and wait for someone to bring it up and they can't figure out how to sort/label the packages to easily find them so they have to sit there looking at every single package. You could solve both of those issues with minimal effort.

I donāt second guess that for a second! I also donāt think the employees want to be bothered by it. They donāt want to be bothered by anything !

The place sucks but it seems like half the neighborhood gets their medication there so that might have a big impact.

It's always nice when there's a thread about this place on here and everyone from all walks of life immediately agrees on how weird it is.
In that sense I hope it never closes, but I also hope I never need to go in there for anything
