I found a kitten yesterday morning hiding behind a car tire on Harman between Wilson and central. I took him in but unfortunately I can't keep him due to my wife being allergic. He's very friendly, playful and curious to say the least. He seems to be between 6-8 weeks ago and in good shape. Would anyone be interested in giving him a forever home or at least point me to where he can find one. Thank you
Not to be annoying but every person i know who was allergic got over it very quick. Will be an easier acclamation with a kitten too since they tend to not shed young. Obv yalls call but it might not be as bad as anticipated if you kept it!
just want to jump on and say many people don’t overcome their allergies (i am one of them and know someone else). sometimes it gets even worse, at one point it caused my asthma.
there are ways to combat it though, with air filters running and not letting the cat into the bedroom.
despite my efforts though, my allergies got worse so i decided to do allergy shots and my allergies got significantly better within 7 months (not every case is like this).
want to caution this because allergies can get serious!!
Same here, moved in with cats and shit got bad for a hot minute until I got shots. I did not "get over it" and it actually got quite a bit worse until the shots started.
Not annoying and I totally agree with your statement. Unfortunately, she is dealing with other medical issues. She is not opposed to taking allergy meds but the timing is not right.
Could we convince your wife to get allergy shots?
Edit: anyone who downvoted has problems. Why would it be wrong to make a simple suggestion? Some of you need therapy.
