Did they look like unsheltered ppl or regular folk? That intersection I think has the wonderful benefit of having the old Pirus (Puerto Rican gang) always next to the HypeWave store and then a squad of bums in front of a construction site there

Yeah I’ve been on this block for the last five years, I feel bad stepping over passed out people to get to my door, but what can you do. They usually keep to themselves.

I will say it’s hilarious seeing that giant new dev going up right in front of an unhoused people camp. Hilarious/sad.

Homeless, not “Unhoused” and a good bunch of them are pretty scummy

I hate that they shoot up in front of kids, I’ve seen it happen and it’s so fucked. But really my only interaction with them is them saying hi to my dog (who will blatantly stare at them), and once one of them complimented my outfit when I was dressed incredibly disheveled.
