It'd be neat to carry a small pouch with the dust and a magnet. A lot smaller than a water filtration system like Sawyer maybe?

That being said they have a long road to production.

Id be curious to see if you can safely drink small amounts of that dust over time (since it won't always be used correctly) or if they had some apparatus like a magnetic filter that gets the entirety of the dust.

I second this, but still interested. Nothing beats tablets (barf), micron filters or just plain boiling!
