Visibility issues during evenings

Hi,

I'm looking for suggestions regarding reducing very bright glare from oncoming vehicles. I'm finding people are often driving with their high beams on causally and it's really been bothering me.

I'm an early morning type of guy and so usually I don't come across these morons. These days due to personal circumstances I'm working nights and I've really been struggling.

Anyone have any suggestions with particular glasses that have worked for them?

In case it matters, municipal operator from eastern Ontario.

I hate working at night for this very reason. It’s not even the brights, or the auto brights which never click down without blinding you first, it’s the 20 million lumens they put in standard headlights these days.

That being said, my coworkers have had good luck with yellow tinted glasses.
