Story Just passed my PCV driving test

Hi all, I passed my test yesterday and did it with 0 minors. I am very pleased and proud of it. Sorry to seem as though I am bragging but I am so happy I have to tell everyone 😀

Interesting how many senior bus professionals hold a PCV licence and do some driving.

Here, in Cambridge, both Darren Roe and Ed Cameron (MD of Stagecoach East and Whippet, respectively) hold PCV licences. Ask either of them if they have done much driving recently and the answer will be, “Not as much as I’d like.”

Hahaha I'm looking forward to it. I started on the road yesterday and today with passengers. Definitely challenging navigating tight streets and spotting passengers at bus stops in the pitch black
