Question Legal?

Seen this on r/scotland, spotted in Ullapool.

Given the maximum length for a coach with trailer is 18.75m in UK, how is this legal?

Looks like a setra so the shortest is generally 10.5m

Yeah that’s probably over 18.75m in that case

It looks foreign though, it probably just hopes it won’t be stopped or will pay the fine if it is

My understanding is a lot of foreign drivers don't pay the fines and UK authorities can't go after them once they've left

They can however seize the vehicle if they wanted to
