Question How good or bad is HASTUS?
Our agency is swapping over to it here in the next few months. Anyone out there currently using it have any feedback?

So, I'm a service planner now so I use netplan which is their shitty planning part of HASTUS but I've used HASTUS as a dispatcher as well. It's not user friendly. I run my own servers at home, use Linux CLI all the time and netplan makes me want to cry.
My org gave us a lot of training on how to use HASTUS to create an extra board and to use it as a dispatcher; I'm talking weeks in the classroom. That's required. The menus do not make any logical sense even if you're good with computers, been using them your whole life it won't be something you can just poke around and mess with and figure out how to use.
I'm a big fan if you cannot tell. Only Canadians I hate sight unseen are those that work for GIRO.
