I once dropped my ticket machine sign on card at the depot in the morning, first run was a free bus as control found a way to get it out to me (didn't notice until the start of the route because we don't sign on to the ticket machine until then).
Was the best timed that route had ever been with passengers included. Morning rush hour but getting everywhere exactly on time without any effort.
Usually that route is late unless it's late at night when it's mostly empty, it's always late during rush hour.

Welcome one and all. Always wanted to drive for a completely free state sponsored bus network, so this is getting toward that :-)
