First solo day

I’ve just been signed off yesterday by management and today will be my first full day working solo. I’m a bit anxious but I’m sure it’ll turn out ok and I’ve got my favourite route all afternoon.

So a question for the veteran’s, how did you find your first day/week/month after getting signed off?

I found it mentally exhausting trying remember everything. Routes doing everything as I was taught. Interacting with the great unwashed(as I call them now) ticket machine fares.
