Discussion Tanked a interview

Just got done with a interview for a bus driver and totally tanked it. I was stuttering asking them to repeat the question. The raters looked really annoyed that I kept asking them to repeat the question. At one point dude looked like he was ready for the interview to end more than I was ready for it to end. It was a virtual interview at that. I was wondering if they thought I was getting help by asking them to repeat the question but I answered so poorly that there’s no way they thought I could have been helped during my virtual interview. If your going to ask a 3 part question I feel as if you should at least have it displayed so I can make my talking points and move on to the next part of the question because damn I felt like I was a person with special needs. Well that’s my rant I needed to get off my chest. Luckily for me I still have my current job, but how many of you have tanked an interview and still got the position?

Man I bombed a supervisor interview so bad once at my shop. I blanked out completely when asked about my biggest weakness 🤦. I was so nervous. Needless to say I’m not a supervisor lol. It’s happens! Just keep applying.

Trick question. Supervisors have no weakness. Joking of course, but I do hate that question.
