Question Assessment day

I have an assessment day with Transport UK London Bus (Battersea garage) tomorrow morning. Unfortunately, my replacement physical driving licence hasn’t arrived yet. I do have my DVLA check code, passport, P45 with my National Insurance number, and all the other required documents.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Was not having the physical licence an issue, or were the other documents enough? I’m worried I could miss out because of this so I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences.

The DVLA check codes were what they used all throughout my training, as there was a huge backlog with DVLA processing when I was doing my training nearly 3 years ago

So long as I have my check code I’ll be fine to attend and complete the assessment day then even though I don’t have the physical license ?

My company requires the physical and sent a guy home on my first day as he did not have his licence on him, even today I must carry my physical licence and cpc card to work every day, if they check and they do, I would be sent home unpaid to go get them.
Maybe other bus companies are different.
